Officer hurt; Steuben suspects caught in Ohio

Two suspects in a northeast Indiana case involving stolen vehicles and an injured deputy have been taken into custody in Bryan, Ohio.

The Steuben County Sheriff's Department issued a statement Thursday, asking members of the public to be on the lookout for Christopher Ervin, 22, of Hamilton.

Ervin and Timothy L. Dull, 24, of Hamilton, were later taken into custody by authorities in Williams County, the Steuben department said in a statement.

A joint investigation is being conducted with the Steuben County Sheriff's Department, the Williams County Sheriff's Department and the Ohio Highway Patrol, the statement said.

More information is expected to be released later Thursday.
