Tour de Fleece, Day 11

I spun this morning for 20 minutes. It went well. But, that's not the whole story.

Before I could spin, I had to plan the time to spin. This is less easy in the morning than at night, but it's not impossible.

I spin in the morning a lot because I often have almost no time at night. My partner and I have different work schedules, so sometimes it's almost time to go to sleep by the time I get home from work and we eat dinner.

This is how I make spinning in the morning work:

7-ish a.m. to 8 a.m. - Get up, make coffee, feed cats, have breakfast.

8 a.m. to 9 a.m. - Work out, prep snacks/lunch for the day, take care of cat litter, take out trash, shower.

9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. - Get dressed and ready for work.

9:30 a.m. to 9:50 a.m. - Spin!

9:50 a.m. - Leave for work.

I realize this is only possible because I really do live 10 minutes from work and I don't have to be there until 10 a.m. If this were all happening an hour and a half earlier, I don't think it could all happen. But, it works for me.
