The Greater Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce, now part of Greater Fort Wayne Inc., welcomes U.S. Sen. Dan Coats to a luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Monday at The Chamber building in the Womens Club, 826 Ewing St.

Farm Service Agency recently announced that the nomination period for local FSA county committees has begun. To become a candidate, an eligible individual must sign the nomination form, FSA-669A. Nominations must be received by Aug. 1.
FSA will mail ballots to eligible voters beginning Nov. 4. The voted ballots are due back to the local county office by Dec. 2. Newly elected committee members and alternates take office Jan. 1. Forms, requirements and additional information can be found online at www.fsa.usda.gov/elections.
