The crash occurred about 4:20 p.m. Friday on U.S. 127 near County Road 15-D, according to the Williams County Sheriff’s Department.

Caitlyn McCandless, 16, of Defiance, Ohio, was driving an Oldsmobile west on U.S. 127 and turned left in front of an oncoming Harley-Davidson motorcycle, the sheriff’s department said.
