•Worship in the Park at Franke Park will be at 8 a.m. Sunday. The service, in the pavilion near the entrance to the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo, is hosted by Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church. Pastor Russell L. Dewell will officiate and the Summit City Singers will perform.

•A Storytelling Festival will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Unity Spiritual Center, 3232 Crescent Ave. Participants are asked to share poems or other stories. Suggested donation of $5; for ages 16 and older. For more information, call 482-2477 or email

•The Christ Child Society of Fort Wayne will have its annual garage sale from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday at Queen of Angels Activity Center, 1500 W. State Blvd. Proceeds benefit Christ Child programs to benefit local children in need.

Trinity Church, 9600 St. Joe Road, will have a reverse garage sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 15 to collect items for Mustard Seed Furniture Bank. Items being collected are household items, gently used furniture, beds, bedding (pillows must be new and still in their package) and kitchenware. For information, call 471-8932.

Crescent Avenue United Methodist Church, 1232 Crescent Ave., will have a Taize Meditation and Worship service at 5 p.m. Sunday.
