Lakewood Park-Tecumseh part II

INDIANAPOLIS – The Class A state softball championship game Saturday at Ben Davis is a rematch of the 2011 title game.

Tecumseh beat Lakewood Park 5-1 two years ago.

The Panthers bounced back with a 3-2 win over Indianapolis Lutheran a year ago.

Some of the older players will return, while the two coaches, Dave Carnahan for Lakewood Park and Gordon Wood for Tecumseh also are back.

Lakewood Park will be the home team in the 10:30 a.m. game.
