YWCA Northeast Indiana recently held its 119th Annual Meeting. New board members elected were Cecile Weir, Star Financial Bank, to a one-year term; and Troy Hershberger, Allen County Sheriff’s Department; Leeanna Kirkwood, Wells Fargo Private Bank; John Rogers, The Rogers Co; and Sherri Miller, Vision Management Consulting, were elected to three-year terms.
