Rider hurt in crash with pickup

A motorcyclist was badly hurt in a crash with a pickup truck Saturday north of Fort Wayne, the Allen County Sheriff’s Department said.

About 10:20 a.m., sheriff’s officers were sent to the crash at Tonkel Road and Argiano Crossing, north of Union Chapel Road.

The motorcyclist was taken to Parkview Regional Medical Center and was listed in critical condition, the sheriff’s department said.

No other information was released.
