So what happened to all that rain and those thunderstorms?
Northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio dodged a bullet overnight, but the National Weather Service in northern Indiana says the region can expect to see thunderstorms beginning this afternoon.
It has revised its forecast that said northwest Ohio is expected to be hardest hit, and is now saying the worst of the storms are expected to take place east of U.S. 31. Large hail and damaging winds are possible.
