Northwest Ohio is likely to get the worst of it as thunderstorms rumble into the region tonight and Wednesday, the National Weather Service said Tuesday.
Northeast Indiana and the Buckeye state's northwest corner have a slight chance of thunderstorms tonight, and the weather service said some of them might be severe.
The chance of rain Wednesday is 80 percent, the forecast said, with thunderstorms likely. Some of Wednesday's storms might become "severe," the weather service said, especially in the area of Ohio that includes Defiance, Paulding, Van Wert and Williams counties.
