TinCaps, Hot Rods scoreless through 3

Fort Wayne and Bowling Green are locked in another pitcher's duel through the first three innings at Parkview Field.

The TinCaps have threatened twice, but a quick glove from Hot Rods pitcher Blake Snell stopped a hard grounder that could have scored Mallex Smith in the bottom of the first. Fort Wayne has three hits in the first three innings.

The Hot Rods, meanwhile, have been getting the ball in the air but have yet to get one down. Bowling Green has two hits thus far and four flyouts, as well as three groundouts. TinCaps starter Max Fried is going for his second win of the season.
