4 bodies found in rural S. Indiana home

WAYNESVILLE, Ind. (AP) — Authorities say three men and a woman have been found dead in a southern Indiana home.

Bartholomew County Sheriff Mark Gorbett said a resident of the Waynesville home called police late Saturday night after returning from work and finding two bodies in the living room.

Gorbett said police found the bodies of three men in the living room and a woman's body in the bedroom. Gorbett says all appeared to have been shot to death.

The Columbus Republic reports that the resident, whom police have not identified, told authorities he lived at the house with his mother and stepfather.

Gorbett said there have not been any arrests. The victims have not been identified.

Waynesville is a rural community about 50 miles southeast of Indianapolis.
