2 arrested after raid on Colerick

A house on the city’s southeast side was searched Friday, and two men were arrested on drug-related charges.

Police said two infants were inside the house in the 1100 block of Colerick Street and that the Department of Child services was called to investigate.

Timothy Arnes Bennett, 23, who lives at the house, was charged with three counts of dealing cocaine. Maurice Bright, 22, was charged with maintaining a common nuisance, according to police.

Bennett was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail. Bright was being held in lieu of $2,500.
