    A diver pulled the body of 3-year-old girl out of a pond on AllenCounty's south side Tuesday afternoon. She was pronounced dead, according to authorities at the scene.

2 arrested after bust near school

A Fort Wayne man faces multiple drug-related charges, accused of selling drugs out of a house near South Side High School on Friday.

Cyril Daniels, 33, of the 3200 block of Clinton Court, is charged with dealing cocaine and heroin within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of marijuana and cocaine and maintaining a common nuisance, according to Fort Wayne police.

Police searched the house Daniels rents just north of the school about 9 a.m. Friday. Cocaine, pot and scales were found inside, police said.

Daniels was being held in lieu of $105,000 bail.

A 32-year-old woman in the home was arrested on a misdemeanor marijuana-related charge, police said.
