A Kuhn Lake man’s neighbors complained Tuesday that he exposed his buttocks and genitalia to them.

Ricky Alan Shepherd, 48, was arrested early Wednesday on preliminary misdemeanor charges of exposure-fondle, intent to be seen by others and disorderly conduct-noise, according to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.

Kuhn Lake is south of North Webster.

He was being held in lieu of $350 bail at the Kosciusko County Jail.
