A few questions now, as Vijay Singh sues the PGA for embarrassing him over his use of deer-antler spray, which contains a substance banned by the PGA:
1. Does embarrassment really count as embarrassment when very few people outside of golf even knew about the whole Vijay/deer-antler spray thing?
2. If using it truly enhanced Singh's performance, how come he finished 82nd in the 2012 World Golf Rankings, just ahead of the estimable Brendon de Jonge?
3. And if the reason Singh began using deer-antler spray to begin with was simply to treat knee and back issues, does that fall under the category of performance-enhancing, or is it simply therapeutic? And over and above that, how much could it enhance the performance of a 50-year-old golfer, anyway?
