TinCaps extend lead, up 3-0 through 6

Fort Wayne has stretched its lead to three with a pair of runs and a gem of an outing from starter Joe Ross.

Ross has gone six innings, his longest outing of the season, and given up no runs and two hits. The TinCaps ace hasn't allowed a runner past second.

Meanwhile, the Fort Wayne bats have strung together some support for Ross. Jeremy Baltz and Corey Adamson came around with two outs in the fourth to pad the lead. Great Lakes starter Ralston Cash has struck out seven, with four hits and three earned runs.
