Parker gets 1st win of year

– Starter Jarrod Parker, a Norwell graduate, picked up his first win of the season when Oakland defeated the Los Angeles Angels 10-6 on Tuesday night.

Parker (1-4) pitched into the seventh inning giving up four runs on six hits while striking out four and walking three for the Athletics, who put outfielder Coco Crisp and left-hander Brett Anderson on the 15-day disabled list Wednesday.
