Wayne gets grant

Wayne High School will receive $1,000 from the California Casualty Thomas R. Brown Athletics Grant program to purchase new uniforms.

Wayne is one of 85 public high schools in 38 states receiving a total of $101,500 for struggling athletics programs.

The money is earmarked for the Generals' girls and boys cross country teams.
