Indiana girls win in OT in Border Wars

Indiana beat Ohio 84-78 in overtime in the girls game of the Nancy Rehm/Border Wars Classic on Saturday at Saint Francis.

Ariana Simmons was named the game MVP with 17 points.

Jackie Dixie added 11 points and 10 rebounds, while Aaliyah Gaines had 10 points.

For Ohio, Emily Ruhe had 22 points, Kelsey Tiejte 17 and Kaylee Patton 12.

Drew Benedict won the boys three-point shooting contest.
