Grain futures mostly rise, pork prices fall

CHICAGO (AP) — Grains futures mostly rose Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery fell 3.75 cents to $7.0875 a bushel; May corn rose 10.75 cents to $6.4425 a bushel; May oats rose 3.75 cents to $3.675 a bushel; while May soybeans rose 17.5 cents to $13.955 a bushel.

Beef and pork prices mostly fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle fell 0.32 cent to $1.217 a pound; May feeder cattle was flat at $1.4475 a pound; June lean hogs fell 0.7 cent to 89.85 cents a pound.
