Indictment alleges cocaine dealing

A federal grand jury in Fort Wayne recently indicted Arturo “Marteen” Deluna on three counts related to cocaine dealing.

According to court documents, Deluna, 46, also known as “Ato,” is accused of possessing more than 500 grams of cocaine in Fort Wayne on May 4, 2010. He is also indicted on a charge of conspiring to possess with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of cocaine.

The third count of the indictment charges Deluna with using a telephone to facilitate the drug-dealing conspiracy.

These charges were filed as the result of a joint investigation conducted by the Allen County Police Department Vice and Narcotics Division and the FBI Fort Wayne Safe Streets Task Force, which is composed of FBI agents and officers from the Indiana State Police, Allen County Sheriff’s Department and Fort Wayne Police Department, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
