Felony report

The following people were recently booked into the Allen County Lockup on felony charges – either on preliminary charges after arrest or after being transported from another facility – or were formally charged with a felony in Allen County. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Talon Roper, 24, of the 6300 block of Calhoun Street, was booked at 10:54 a.m. March 22 on a charge of domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Tyler Meyer, 27, of the 2100 block of Alabama Avenue, was booked at 10:59 a.m. March 22 on charges of battery and domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $10,750 bail.

Jeremiah Johnson, 35, of the 7200 block of Springhill Drive, was charged March 22 with theft. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Christopher Watt, 32, of Huntertown, was booked at 4:23 p.m. March 22 on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of marijuana possession. He was released on his own recognizance.

Teresa Trauner, 19, of the 11000 block of Dorsay Court, was booked at 5:05 p.m. March 22 on a charge of marijuana possession and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on her own recognizance.

Mark Montgomery, 20, of the 3500 block of Elmcrest Drive, was booked at 11:20 a.m. March 25 on charges of driving while suspended, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of marijuana possession. He was being held without bail.

Cody Fyock, 21, of Monroeville, was booked at 2:23 p.m. March 25 on charges of marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage, two counts of burglary and two counts of receiving stolen property. He was being held in lieu of $20,000 bail.

Christopher Ellis, 17, of the 5100 block of Bowser Avenue, was booked at 8:14 p.m. March 25 on a burglary charge. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Jermira Sanders, 19, of the 1200 block of Wall Street, was booked at 12:05 a.m. March 26 on charges of robbery and interference with the report of a crime. She was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Adam Hoot, 31, of the 6700 block of Hunters Glen Drive, was booked at 9:14 a.m. March 26 on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Edgar Rivera, 24, of the 3200 block of Reed Street, was charged March 26 with possession of marijuana. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Matthew Christie, 30, of the 9700 block of Knoll Creek Cove, was booked at 9:06 a.m. March 27 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and three counts of leaving the scene of an accident. He was being held in lieu of $4,000 bail.

Ralph Hernandez, 28, of the 2000 block of Thompson Avenue, was booked at 9:27 a.m. March 27 on charges of resisting law enforcement, being a habitual traffic violator, three counts of criminal recklessness, possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held in lieu of $10,500 bail.

Andres Conrado, 39, of the 2900 block of Reed Street, was booked at 10:06 a.m. March 27 on a charge of battery. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Charles Seals, 23, of the 200 block of East Creighton Avenue, was booked at 11:02 p.m. March 27 on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Kevin Smith, 29, of the 800 block of Grace Avenue, was booked at 11:47 p.m. March 27 on two counts of dealing cocaine. He was being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Leah Weber, 32, of the 1300 block of Cass Street, was booked at 9:47 a.m. March 28 on charges of forgery and receiving stolen property. She was released on her own recognizance.

Heather Shie, 42, of the 10300 block of Eby Road, was booked at 10:10 a.m. March 28 on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was released on her own recognizance.

Drew Mark, 32, of the 2300 block of Opechee Way, was booked at 10:17 a.m. March 28 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

James Williams, 29, of the 600 block of Congress Avenue, was charged March 28 with three counts of dealing cocaine. He was being held in lieu of $150,000 bail.

Anthony Wamue, 36, of the 500 block of Glenfield Drive, was booked at 11:20 a.m. March 28 on charges of being a habitual traffic violator and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Juan Sanchez, 50, of the 3200 block of Broadway, was booked at 11:37 a.m. March 28 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while suspended. He was being held in lieu of $750 bail.

David Aker, 25, of New Haven, was booked at 11:53 a.m. March 28 on charges of domestic battery and strangulation. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Damian Mires, 26, of the 4500 block of Spate Avenue, was booked at 12:42 p.m. March 28 on charges of being a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.

Alfonso Deluna, 32, of the 4100 block of South Monroe Street, was booked at 3:35 p.m. March 28 on charges of possession of marijuana and operation of a vehicle by an unlicensed driver. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
