Photo may unmask gas station burglar

Fort Wayne detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify a man who burglarized a southeast-side gas station last month.

Just after midnight March 19, a man broke into Barto’s gas station at 1201 E. Creighton Ave. and stole items from the business, police said.

Surveillance cameras captured images of the burglar, and police released them Tuesday.

Anyone who can identify the man is asked to call police at 427-1222 or Crime Stoppers at 436-7867. Tipsters can remain anonymous, and a cash reward is possible.
