Fort Wayne driver, 20, critically injured in crash

FORT WAYNE -- A Fort Wayne man was critically injured Thursday evening in a two-vehicle crash in Williams County, Ohio.

Racee Lee Austin May, 20, was driving a car that collided with a semi about 7:30 p.m. Thursday on U.S. 6 near Ohio 66, according to an Ohio State Highway Patrol spokesman.

May's car went off the left side of the road into a ditch and then back on the road, where it struck the truck that was headed east, police said.

The driver of the truck, David Ayers, 57, of Molino, Fla., had minor injuries.
