WEST LAFAYETTE - Here we go with the second round of the College Basketball Invitational inside Mackey Arena, where Purdue will face Santa Clara in the second round.

The Boilermakers are 16-16, and Santa Clara is 22-11.

The last time these two teams played was during the 2000-01 season, when the Boilermakers thrashed the Broncos 98-52 inside Mackey.

Santa Clara is led by 6-foot-2 guard Kevin Foster, with an 18.1 scoring average, and Marc Trasolini, a 6-9 senior with a 15.7 average.
