KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- Goaltender Jeff Deslauriers, who has started eight of the last nine games for the Komets, has been sent down by Anaheim of the NHL and is expected to start for the Komets tonight at Wings Stadium.

Also, Shane Albrahani is going to be on the air -- 1190 AM, 92.3 FM -- with Bob Chase. Could they be grooming a replacement?

Finally, former Komets forward Ryan Lasch has been traded from Anaheim to Toronto, with a seventh-round pick, for David Steckel.
