League's best in town

Bakersfield, the team with the best record (25-11) in the D-League, will face the Mad Ants (19-19) at Memorial Coliseum at 5 p.m. today.

All five starters for Bakersfield average 12 points or more. Former Wisconsin center Brian Butch has the lowest scoring average (12.6) of the starters, but he leads the group with 10.8 rebounds per game.

Fort Wayne will be without forward Luke Harangody. The former Notre Dame standout scored 16 points in 23 minutes against Canton last week, but he irritated a knee injury that had kept him out of six games.

Earlier this season, the Jam beat the Ants, 126-115.
