Victory Noll Center, 1900 W. Park Drive, is participating in a nationwide program, Bread for the World, to address the issue of hunger worldwide. The center will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday with information, writing information and addresses of legislators to help prepare letters to send.
The Associated Churches of Fort Wayne and Allen Countys Rising Stars program raised $174,466 in volunteer hours and in-kind donations last year to distribute to area schools.
