IPFW upsets Penn State

The IPFW men's volleyball team battled No. 10 Penn State through five sets to come away with a 3-2 victory at Gates Center.

The Mastodons (8-7) defeated the Nittany Lions (14-4) with scores of 18-25, 25-23, 19-25, 27-25 and 15-11.

Eddie Rivera led IPFW with 15 kills and 10 digs. Ramon Burgos and Anthony Randolph each had nine kills for the Mastodons, and Luis Bertran led the defensive effort with 15 digs.
