4 players, 1 coach from area named Junior All-Stars

Canterbury's Kindell Fincher and Homestead's Sydney Buck were named to the Junior All-Star Core team, while Concordia's Courtney Smith and Warsaw's Nikki Grose will be on the North squad, announced Wednesday by the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association.

The coach for the Junior All-Stars will be Warsaw's Michelle Harter.

The Junior All-Stars will play two games against the Kentucky Juniors June 7-8. The Junior All-Stars will also play against the Indiana All-Stars senior team June 10 and June 12. The Core players will play in all four games, while the North players will play in one game against Kentucky and one against the Indiana All-Stars senior team.

Sites and times for all the games will be announced at a later date.
