TERRE HAUTE – South Side fell to Bedford North Lawrence 54-51 in the Class 4A state championship Saturday at Indiana State.

Arianna Simmons led the Archers (24-4) with 21 points.

The Stars (28-0) also beat South Side in the regular season, 63-39.

It was the first trip to the state finals for South Side.

BNL won its third state title.
