Yes MB, it is quiet around here. Probably because, although it was a nice victory last night, in the back of our minds we know we only gained 1 point on them - should have been 2
Was nice to get a home win, but we need 3 or 4 in a row to be convinced. I am not going to give up these guys though. Hard work and smart play is what it takes. Let's see some of that this weekend

I missed the memo that said 1 win out of every 6 or 7 or 8 games requires the Fandom to lose their minds and celebrate like we won the cup.
I agree, nice win. But I have seen this movie all year long where they win a game and lose 3 or 4 more, talk tough about how things have to change, dog it a few more games, then win a game and thump the chest like this is on track, then come out and stink to high-heaven again. This team has been consistantly inconsistant, non-physical 85-95% of the season, and has shown little or no concern for teammates wellfare as they standby and let guys like marino, smith, and Chaulk take cheapshots and beatings.
I will get excited after this team shows some hitting, full 60 minutes of energy, and love for thy teammates. Oh, and at least 4 wins out of 6 games at some point.
I don't expect anyone to like this post....thumbs down is on the right side if you need directions....

Right on Hit! I still say they need 8 of of 10 pts in the next 2 weeks to have a chance. Good win on Wed., now split this weekend and win both next weekend and we can start getting excited. Otherwise it's just getting up to get let down again. Right now the K's may have one of the best goalies in this league, they need to ride this for everything they can. A great goalie can take a team places it has no business going; a great goalie can win an entire series in the playoffs. So start playing hard an entire 60 min and they should be in every game. It's really not much more complicated than that.

March 8 & 9th vs Florida (the current 8th seed) are by far the most important games of the season. We HAVE to get all 4 points and give up 0 to have a shot.
