Four northeast Indiana girls basketball teams - Warsaw, South Side, Bishop Luers and Canterbury - have earned trips to the semistate, and one could be playing at home.
Warsaw and South Side will face off in the Class 4A semistate, which could take place at Warsaw. The sites are predetermined by the IHSAA but will be assigned officially Saturday based on geography.
Bishop Luers will be out for a fourth straight trip to the 2A state finals with a semistate appearance against Eastern of Greentown.
Canterbury will play in its fifth straight semistate in Class A against Lafayette Central Catholic.
The Cavaliers are the defending Class A state champions, while the Knights were the 2012 2A state runners-up.
Concordia, the defending 3A state champion, lost in the regional finals against Hamilton Heights.
Snider (4A), Norwell (3A) and Southern Wells (1A) all lost in the regional semifinals.
