Bowling state finals this weekend

The Indiana High School Bowling state finals will take place Saturday at Mike Aulby’s Arrowhead Bowl in Lafayette. Singles competition will start at 9 a.m. with the teams bowling at 2 p.m.

The teams and players at state will come from semistates at the Chippewa Bowl in South Bend and the Southern Bowl in Greenwood.

Area boys teams will be Northrop and Carroll, while the lone area girls team is Huntington North.

Area individuals will be Huntington North’s Tyler Krepp (boys) and Columbia City’s Courtney Rhodes (girls).
