IU blows out Nebraska

BLOOMINGTON – Indiana didn't let Nebraska's first trip to Assembly Hall since 1974 be a pleasant one.

The No. 1 Hoosiers throttled the Cornhuskers 76-47 Wednesday night. The win keeps Indiana (22-3, 10-2 Big Ten) tied with Michigan State for first place in the conference.

Cody Zeller, who only had three points in the first half after sitting for most of the half with two fouls, finished with 16 points in 18 minutes for the Hoosiers.

Christian Watford had 13 points and 11 rebounds for IU, and Victor Oladipo had 13 points.

Dylan Talley had 16 points for Nebraska (12-13, 3-9).
