Dowco has opened its new facility at 3505 Independence Drive in Fort Wayne.

Arrow Services Inc. is celebrating its 55th anniversary of pest management services. It was founded in October 1958 by Everett D. Colvin. The family-owned company serves the Fort Wayne area.

Briner Building Inc. was awarded the contract to construct a 9,000-square-foot expansion for Perma-Column in Ossian. The project is scheduled to be completed this spring.

Northeast Indiana Bancorp Inc., the parent company of First Federal Savings Bank, has announced a quarterly cash dividend of 19 cents per common share. This cash dividend will be payable on Feb. 26 to common shareholders of record on Feb. 12. Also, the corporation will hold its 18th annual shareholders’ meeting at 1 p.m. April 23 in the boardroom of First Federal Savings Bank at 100 Frontage Road in Huntington.

Wicks & Sticks has opened at 122 First St. in Pierceton. It offers a wide variety of products including tea-life warmers, candle warmers and crocks, room sprays, diffusers, potpourris, T-shirts and more.

Elevate Ventures, a venture development organization that helps Indiana startups, announced that it has contributed the maximum investment of $125,000 from its Indiana Angel Network Fund to Wolfpack Chassis of Kendallville. This angel round of investing also included funds from private investors in northeast Indiana to bring the total seed round to $755,000. With the infusion of cash, Wolfpack Chassis has leased space to manufacture chassis and chassis components for the RV and manufactured housing markets, aiming to start production this winter.

Peerless Cleaners has opened its Village at Coventry store at 5700 Coventry Lane in Fort Wayne.
