Howard an All-Star

Mad Ants guard Ron Howard has been chosen to play in the D-League All-Star Game on Feb. 16 in Houston.

It's the second time that the former Valparaiso standout has been chosen to play in the game. He played in the 2009-10 season, as well.

Howard, who averages 18.2 points, 4.6 assists and 3.8 rebounds, has been out of the Ants' lineup since he suffered a knee injury in a Jan. 18 loss in Bakersfield, Calif.

The 6-foot-5 guard was expected to dress today when the Ants face Canton at Memorial Coliseum.

Also in the lineup is Miles Plumlee, the on-again, off-again center who keeps popping back and forth between the Indiana Pacers to the Ants.
