Veterans and city officials gathered Friday to rededicate the WWI Memorial moved to McCulloch Park, which has been on the fenced-in grounds of nearby General Electric for 89 years. The memorial was erected on Nov. 11, 1924, in honor of the 748 FortToday 3:28 pm Parade’s summer reading issue, distributed with this Sunday’s print edition of The Journal Gazette, features Stephen King.Today 3:23 pm Memorial Day weekend observances in Fort Wayne, northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio. The National Weather Service in northern Indiana issued the advisory, in effect until 1 p.m. this afternoon.
