CBS says it will air a behind-the-scenes look at how Whitney Houstons death affected the 2012 Grammy Awards.
The hour-long special, titled The Grammys Will Go On: A Death in the Family, is scheduled for Feb. 9, the eve of this years music awards.
Last year, Grammy producers learned of Houstons death less than 24 hours before the ceremony.
The special includes interviews with LL Cool J, Jennifer Hudson, Bruce Springsteen, Taylor Swift and other artists.
Nominees to sing
All five nominees for album of the year at this years Grammys will perform at this years awards show.
The Recording Academy announced Thursday that R&B singer Frank Ocean will join Mumford & Sons, The Black Keys, Jack White and fun. at the Grammys on Feb. 10.
Alicia Keys and Maroon 5 will join forces for a special performance. Presenters include Katy Perry, Keith Urban, Carly Rae Jepsen, Faith Hill and Tim McGraw.
‘Grand Theft’ date
Video game publisher Take-Two says the next installment of the long-awaited Grand Theft Auto series will launch worldwide Sept. 17.
The game was scheduled to go on sale this spring. Take-Two said Thursday that it is delaying the game to give developers more time to work on it.
Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. says Grand Theft Auto V will be available on Xbox 360 from Microsoft Corp. and PlayStation 3 from Sony Corp.
Jeremy in hospital
A spokesman says porn star Ron Jeremy is recovering from surgery at a Los Angeles hospital after an aneurysm near his heart sent him to intensive care.
Agent Mike Esterman says in an email to The Associated Press that the 59-year-old Jeremy had a heavy feeling in his chest and drove himself to the hospital, where doctors diagnosed the aneurysm and put him in intensive care.
