Grain futures mostly fall, livestock prices rise

CHICAGO (AP) — Grains futures mostly fell Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery fell 4.50 cents to $7.7475 a bushel; March corn fell 7.75 cents to $7.2075 a bushel; March oats rose 0.75 cent to $3.5975 a bushel; while March soybeans fell 14.75 cents to $14.37 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle rose 0.05 cent to $1.2577 a pound; March feeder cattle rose 0.15 cent to $1.4715 a pound; February lean hogs rose 0.27 cent to 85.97 cents a pound.
