FORT WAYNE – Spring Street is scheduled to closed to all traffic between Leesburg Road and Tyler Avenue.

The Fort Wayne Traffic Engineering Department announced Tuesday that the closure will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday.

It said the city Water Maintenance Department will replace a damaged valve in the center of the intersection of Spring and Tyler.

The official detour for westbound Spring Street traffic will use Tyler, the announcement said. Eastbound traffic will use Leesburg.
