Delta’s formula for winning over New York travelers is simple: floor-to-ceiling windows, abundant power outlets and a burger joint with a cult-like following.The airline opened a sprawling $1.4 billion terminal at John F.FORT WAYNE – Metro Fort Wayne ended the year with a 7.9 percent unemployment rate, up from 7.4 percent in November, state figures released Friday showed.
Joblessness in the metropolitan area – comprising Allen, Whitley and Wells counties – was higher than the national seasonally-adjusted jobless mark of 7.8 percent, but lower than the state's seasonally-adjusted 8.2 percent rate, the Indiana Department of Workforce Development said.
