Skylarr Shurn scored a career-high 25 points to lead the Saint Francis women to a 62-55 upset win over NAIA Division II top-ranked Indiana Wesleyan at home, ending the Wildcats perfect season.
Its the second win for Saint Francis (19-2, 8-1 CL) over a No. 1 team in school history and both have come against Indiana Wesleyan (20-1, 8-1), which had beaten the Cougars four straight times coming into the game.
Brooke Ridley added 14 points while Jenelle Wilson had 11.
INDIANA TECH 79, MADONNA 70: At Schaefer Center, the Warriors put four players in double figures in the home win.
Indiana Tech (8-12, WHAC 6-6) got 28 points from Rachael Kruse and 22 from Ulyssia Richmond.

AKRON 71, BALL STATE 64: At Akron, Ohio, Nick Harney scored 15 points and Zeke Marshall 13 as the Zips (12-4, 3-0 MAC) won their eighth straight.
Majok Majok led Ball State (7-8, 1-2) with a career-high 26 points and 13 rebounds.
MADONNA 78, INDIANA TECH 68: At Schaefer Center, Melvin Brooks had 28 points but the Warriors fell at home. Antonio Cannon added 15 points for Indiana Tech (14-6, WHAC 7-5).
