Newcomers Brayden Metz and John Dunbar have the goals and the Komets lead the Cincinnati Cyclones 2-1 at Memorial Coliseum after two periods.

Goaltender Kenny Reiter has looked good, stopping 21 of 22 shots, as the Komets have been outshot by nine.
