Huntertown Utility Board meets Jan. 21

The Huntertown Utility Board will have its first meeting at 5 p.m. Jan. 21 with the Town Council’s meeting following at 6 p.m.

The new entity was created after residents voted in support of a referendum to abolish the old board and establish a new one. The previous utilities board, which included all five council members, was disbanded in December.

Members on the utility board include Betty Lavachek, Jackie Tracey and Vince Heiny, who are all citizen representatives.
