A Fort Wayne man is accused of possessing visual depictions of a minor engaged in sexual situations on his computer and USB flash drive, according to U.S. District Court documents unsealed Wednesday.
Troy A. Ditaway, whose age was not given, is charged with one count of possession of material containing visual depiction of sexual exploitation of a minor, according to the court documents.
Further details about the case were sparse, other than Ditaway is accused of possessing the material in Fort Wayne. Federal prosecutors are also looking seize his laptop and flash drive in forfeiture, court records said.
Initially charged last month, Ditaway was arrested Tuesday. If convicted, he faces a prison term of not more than 10 years and a fine of not more than $250,000, according to court documents.
