Notre Dame was must-see TV this season.

The Irish played in the most watched prime-time college football game this season and were in eight of the top 13 highest rated prime-time games, the university announced Thursday.

Notre Dame's 22-13 win at USC on Nov. 24 was the most-watched prime-time game this season, drawing a 9.4 rating.

The Irish's 30-13 win at Oklahoma was the third-most-watched game.

Other Notre Dame games in the top 13 were the 13-6 home win over Michigan on Sept. 22, the 21-6 win at Boston College on Nov. 10 and the 20-3 win at Michigan State on Sept. 15.
