And there are some moves to report heading into the Komets' game tonight at Evansville.

Corey Elkins has been recalled to Norfolk of the American Hockey League. Thomas Beauregard has been moved to injured reserve with an upper-body injury. He was replaced by Matt Kennedy, who had been out with a groin injury.

Brent Henley, who missed two games because of a broken knee brace, should be back in tonight, too.

Marc LeFebvre, the coach of Dayton of the Federal Hockey League, tweeted that the Komets called up Brayden Metz and Peter Cintala, but I haven't seen anything official on that from the ECHL or the Komets yet.

Justin A. Cohn, pro sports coordinator for The Journal Gazette, has been covering the Fort Wayne Komets since 1997. His reporting includes game stories from home and away, features about the players and personalities associated with the Komets, plus coverage of issues affecting hockey at all levels.
