Isaac, 17, of the 2000 block of Baxter Avenue, was booked at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 19 on charges of being a habitual traffic violator and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

French, 44, of the 9300 block of Thunder Hill Place, was booked at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 19 on charges of domestic battery and neglect of a dependent. She was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Ginger Bell, 41, of the 1100 block of Fairfield Avenue, was charged Dec. 21 with escape. She was being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Woodard, 27, of the 16300 block of Sunflower Boulevard, was booked at 10:22 a.m. Wednesday on charges of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana possession and operating a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance.
